Yoga classes are structured to guide you through a mindful journey. Each session begins with a moment to settle into your body, followed by a gentle warm-up that includes joint mobilization, conscious breathing, and core activation. The main flow or work phase may incorporate dynamic movements and, occasionally, exploration of a Apex (peak) pose. The class winds down with targeted stretches, often integrating Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) or Kinstretch techniques, before concluding with a restorative savasana and optional pranayama exercises.
