stamina. &nbsp;<br>-&gt; beginning with a small relaxation<br>-&gt; full body warm up including core work<br>-&gt; a hotter flow with options for beginners to advanced<br>-&gt; stretch and cool down&nbsp;<br>-&gt; savasana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This class is aimed to enhance your mobility, improve your balance and stamina but it mostly it is simply fun to move!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mats and props are available please tell me what you need.
